Project Overview
Dream home for the new owners that they were able to customize with Baxter. 5 spacious bedrooms with 2 large living area’s and an additional media room which will be great for movies. The joinery was a highlight throughout the study, laundry and Butlers WIP. The high spec kitchen formed an integral part of the large rear living area that backs onto the swimming pool.

Challenges

Diagonal sloping site away from the road. BAL12.5. Council imposed onsite storm water detention requirements. We used the retaining walls part of the detention system which saved money.
