Baxter offer 3 levels of inclusions (plus you can customize anything you like!). Many of our clients like the pre-selections as they are both stylish and great value.
Our supplier for each product in a package is the same. So all our flooring for example (tiles, carpets and wood grain designer flooring) is from the one supplier. Only the product differs within their range. Same for our ovens, appliances, taps and porcelain from Harvey Norman Commercial, bricks and pavers from PGH and kitchens from Planit Kitchens. Good quality no matter what your budget.
As part of your home build, our Selections Co-ordinator Jess will take you to each our suppliers so you can choose everything from your taps and kitchen joinery through to your shower screens and paint colours. We do this at the manufacturers showrooms so you don’t miss anything and it takes 1-2 days. An important point being you can change your mind later on.

01 Baxter Basics
The “Baxter Basics” is your entry level package and the basis of our home price guides. Functional selections for first home buyers or investors, this range is cost effective but also aesthetically appealing. Quality is not compromised and these are long lasting sensible selections of quality that Baxter is proud to put our name behind.
02 Lifestyle
Our most popular selection as it represents as the Lifestyle package represents great value for any home owner. For not a lot more money than the Basics package, you can upgrade your home with some stunning finishes.
In flooring we move away from laminates into some water proof wood grain flooring. The tiles are stunning. Appliances have a few nicer features and look fantastic.
03 Select
When you are after impressive finishes across your new home then our Select package is a great choice. Our suppliers are asked to look at their highest quality and stylish lines and propose value pricing even at this high level.
Floors go to timber options for not a big price difference. Appliances are beautiful. Taps and bathroom ware are modern and impressive. Tiles are full wall height.
This finish level is faultless.
04 Custom
You can pick and choose products from each package without penalty. You may also fall in love with a tile, carpet or flooring not in our packages so just let us know. We will substitute that in and show you any cost associated.
Flexibility is why people build with us.
Our most common custom upgrade is a stone bench top for the kitchen. Some clients even on the Basics package will add Caesarstone or similar as it is such an important feature of many modern homes.
