This is your starting point. Part of the process before any commitment by you is to run through any upgrades or inclusions you want. That way costs are known in advance.

  • Sloped sites. Over 700mm of fall on the block would be considered a sloping site.

    • TV Antenna
    • Roof and floor ventilation
    • Gutter guard
  • Interior
    • Window Blinds
    • Appliances such as fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
    • Internal door locks
  • Outdoor lighting other than the front porch light.

Please note that after the Site classification report, a detailed tender (quote) is submitted to you that will individually address all your inclusions and exclusions.
